EVI to participate in depreciation panel at IMA annual symposium

EVI president Jeff Grad will be participating in a panel presentation relating to depreciation and it’s impact on value at the Institute of Municipal Assessors (IMA) conference in Niagara Falls in June 2014. The panel session will be chaired by attorney Kenneth West of Walker West Longo LLP.

Co-panelist Malcolm Stadig of MPAC and Jeff also have presented the above topic as part of an ongoing workshop which they teach on behalf of the IMA and the International Property Tax Institute (IPTI).

EVI president presents cost & depreciation workshop

EVI is delighted to announce that President Jeff Grad will be co-presenting a series of courses along with MPAC counterpart Malcolm Stadig for the Institute of Municipal Assessors and the International Property Tax Institute relating to the cost method of valuation and identification and analysis of various forms of depreciation (and their impact on value). This is an on-going workshop which has been repeated a few times.

Next session will be April 1 2014 in London, ON.
